I love days like today Dark, gloomy, and gray To watch the trees dance in a soft seductive breeze Bringing forth the odor of honeysickle and blackberry The birds chirp a beautiful tune making me want to sing along Oh the beauty of nature on a day like today One by one the lightningbugs come out like stars Flashing like a strobe light turning the fields into a dance floor The crickets soon join in with a melodious tune The breeze gets stronger and the sound of chimes fill the air Oh the beauty of nature on days like today Now if only it would rain So even if for just a moment all my worries could drown and be washed away Sweet, strong Gaia christens my soul As the sky grows darker and all that's left to be heard are crickets and chimes. I close my eyes and feel at peace for once in what feels like years Oh the beauty of nature on days like today
it's not much but it's mine...

I really enjoyed that poem. Being a nature buff, you brought out the tree-hugger in me.
