Start your day with this high-protein, mineral-rich breakfast shake. **************Makes 2 Servings******************* 1 cup calcium-fortified, low-fat plain soy milk 1 cup orange juice 1 cup raspberries, peaches, strawberries, or pears 1/2 cup calcium-fortified soft tofu 1 banana 1 scoop soy protein powder 1 tablespoon wheat bran or oat bran Combine all ingredients in a blender and whiz until smooth. Drink immediately. Enjoy!!!

Hi Brandybuck. Well, the raspberry version of this sounded really good until I saw the word tofu. I've never had it before & it just looks gross. Has anyone here eaten tofu before? What does it taste like? And more importantly, what is its consistency like? Sincerely, Laurasia

The funny thing is is that I have never tried tofu before either, but some friends on one of my other groups that I belong to says that it is good. It does sound gross though, doesn't it?
