Hi guys.
As some of you may know, I don’t know much about paganism. I was wandering were to start learning. Could anyone recommend me a book or something I could read to understand better this belief? If any one can volunteer him/herself to inform me that would be great also.
I will appreciate any help, and please forgive my ignorance on this subject.
Truthfully, S.

Hello S. Don't worry about your inexperience, sweety. We all had to start out at one point or another. It really depends on what topic you are looking for. Wicca? Odinism? Witchcraft in general? There are thousands of books out there aimed towards beginners. (Often to the dismay of those of us who are further along in our paths. ) However, I would suggest that you start with works by Scott Cunningham, Silver Ravenwolf, Gerina Dunwich, etc. (Some witches find fault with some of these authors, but as long as you keep an open mind you should be fine.) As far as help here...Oh my gosh, sweety! That's exactly why we are here. ;D You can post in any of the forums with any questions or topics that you would like to discuss. You can also PM myself or one of the other members for more intimate/personal assistance. Never be afraid to ask a question, dear. We are a very open-minded lot. I wouldn't have it any other way & the members here know that. Sincerely, Laurasia

Thank You Laurasia,
I will put those on my list of to-read books; I've got to finish what I've already started. (I usually read about 3 to 4 books a week and often a bunch at the same time)
It sounds kind'a crazy, but I’m an insomniac, and read really fast. I also like to read about different topics at the same time. I find it helps me balance my thoughts.
Any way, thanks.
Respectfully, S.

Good evening S. You sound a lot like Amanda & myself. LOL! We also love to read/study different topics at one time. Though the both of you seem to read a lot faster than I do. I'm a rather slow reader myself. Anyway, you can ask questions whenever you feel the urge. You can also simply converse with the rest of us here. That's the best for all of us to get to know one another better after all. (Hint, hint to everyone. ) Sincerely, Laurasia

I'd love to have "To Stir a Magick Calduron" and "Light a Sacred Flame", but I still live with my parents and it was a fight to get them to let me order "To Ride a Silver Broomsitck".
"Teen Witch" I borowed from Rayn Starfire, my Wiccan friend.

Ah, needing to keep the books out of sight from the parents...I remember those days. Sincerely, Laurasia

They made me return one, "Complete Idiots' Guide to Paganism". Made me mad...
One of my friends still has one of my books, and the others are hidden in my personal half-bath. Only place they don't go.

Good news! Since I have discovered my check card works as a credit card online, I am now the proud owner of:
"To Stir a Magick Caldron", Silver RavenWolf
"2006 Magickal Almanac"
"Cunningham's Encyclopedia of Crystal, Gem & Metal Magic", Scott Cunningham
And, on back order:
"To Light A Sacred Flame", Silver RavenWolf
Now, if only my friend who agreed to be my shipping address will bring them too me...!

Hello EBA. Congratulations, sweety. Just remember to be careful with your credit & not spend too much at once. Sincerely, Laurasia
