Dead Can Dance are by far the absolute BEST music for me to meditate to. I have also performed various spells and rituals with this band playing as my background music. My favorite songs are the instrumentals..the ones with lyrics are okay, but when I meditate, I cannot listen to music with lyrics usually.
"Into The Labyrinth" is by far their best album (in my opinion). My favorite songs on here are: Yulunga (spirit dance) (best to meditate to) Ariadne Saldek Towards the Within The Spider's Strategem Emmelia (2nd best to meditate to)

Along with what Brandybuck has said, it's also good to listen to if you just need some simple down time. I know after a long day it relaxed me to just sit in my room and listen to them.

Hi guys. I have to agree with everything that Brandybuck has just stated. Since we are usually meditating together while listening to them. My favorites are also the ones that she has mentioned. I particularly like Saldek. I only wish that it were longer. Whenever I put it on repeat in my CD player the sound of the machine whirring back to the beginning is a bit disruptive. Sincerely, Laurasia

I know exactly what you mean Laurasia.. I wish all of them were as long as Yulunga (spirit dance). The machine whirring gets to me too. I also agree with you on this stitch. I have had plenty of challenging days at work. When I came home, all I wanted to do was relax, Dead Can Dance was the first that came to mind.
