It is coming soon, is anyone doing anything for it? Or is there anything people should do for it? ( Is an Australian, not many people celebrate it here. )
Yours truthfully, Matthius

Well, I will be celebrating Samhain, maybe on my own as usual, or with the pagan group at my college. If that happens it will be the first time I've ever celebrated any pagan holiday with anyone else! I'm a bit nervous, but excited, too. Other than that I probably won't do anything, maybe I'll go to the dollar store on November 1st and buy all the marked-down candy. I might also be helping with a Halloween party at a local elementary school for a community service project.

LOL!! That is so funny that you put that, because that is like a after-Halloween tradition around here!! ;D On the night of Samhain, I watch all of the old horror movies while I am dressed up. Where we live, we only get about 10 trick-or-treaters, so we get most of the candy. I will also do a past-life ritual more than likely, because it is the perfect night to do so.

You mean reliving past life memories, or seeing who you were in a past life? I have always wanted to do that, but I'm a bit afraid of what I might see and that it would change how I see myself. Obviously positive change would be good, but it could be negitive, too. So that will probably always hold me back from accomplishing any past life work. Good Luck! ~Aelish~

LOL! Well, Brandybuck has pretty much summed up our night. That is the only thing that I miss about living in the city. I don't get to trick-or-treat anymore. (Yes, I still trick-or-treated well into my 20s. ) I do private rituals for the holiday. Usually it involves past-life work, connecting to my ancestors, etc. If I have a specific need I'll address that as well with perhaps the creating of a mojo bag, ritually charging a candle, etc. Oh yeah & divination is an absolute must! I'll be consulting my cards for sure. Sincerely, Laurasia

Mostly reliving past life memories. I think I have a pretty good idea already as to the identity of who I was..but I would like to explore memories more. I have already remembered some pretty negative things about my past life, so I will indeed try to focus on the positive, if possible. The worst part is that I cannot control what I remember, which is why I am going to try to call upon my spirit guide to help me this time. I will let you know how it goes.

I have no set plans yet. I want to go out with a few of my crazy people... haunted houses, corn mazes, scaring the pants off the punks. And pray to everything that a certain spirit guide (Laurasia you know what I'm talking about) doesn't decide to kick in. I know, I know... I'm just another teenager going off to party. But hey, I'm pretty sure you older people here did it when you were young! -CK

Just because we are "old" as you so lovingly call it, doesn't mean that we do not like to party. It is true that I do not favor a lot of people around me..that was true even when I was younger, I still let loose at times with those I hold dear. All of the teenagers that went to my school were all troublemakers that always got caught by the cops. Everything they did when they hung out was negative..which was a turn off to me anyway. I will celebrate Samhain as usual..scaring the kids that come here, and then eat all the candy. *wink* Have a Happy Samhain everyone.

I didn't mean old people.. I just simply meant older than I am. But then again, everyone here is probably older than me. I didn't mean anything, honest!
