Ok, I'm not exactally proud to say I think I've messed myself up. With everything that's gone in the past month or so, I've managed to pick up a major blood headache. (I call it this because one I don't know the specific name for it or even if there is one and two, not even a high dose pain killer will get rid of it.) I know why I've got it but can't get rid of it again because of everything going on. I did get it to calm down over the weekend, but that was only because I drank myself silly at a friends party. Downside, when I do drink to calm it down, I still have the blood headache and a hangover the next morning. Any suggestions other than the obvious? -Brezo

Sweety, I don't think there really is another way to get rid of it besides feeding properly. There are measures that you can take to lessen it I'm told, but they don't always work for everyone. Granted I'm not a Sanguinarian, so I'm not sure how good these suggestions are....
Eating rare meat Sucking on things like suckers & such Psi feeding (your best option if you are able to do it) Eating a raw food diet
I don't know how much this helps, but that's some of the suggestions that I've heard of. I hope that you're feeling better soon, sweety. ~hugs~

A raw food diet is basically a very vegatarian one. You eat things (fruits & vegetables) very freshly harvested so that they still retain some of their live energy. I'm not saying that you have to adopt the diet itself, but incorporating it may help to some degree. Got a vegetable or fruit garden that you can raid sweety?

lol Not around me at the moment. Kind of hard to do that with where we live now. Not that we live in some big city, just our yard is small. I'll keep that in mind though. Now if I can get psi feeding down I'll be ok.

From what you told me in your last email it sounds like you may already be doing the psi feeding to some degree. There's still hope!!!!! ;D

Yeah but we don't get thunderstorms that often. ;D It's funny when I'm walking to a table with 4 hot plates on my arms and I just freeze for a second and keep on walking. They look at you funny and as if you're ok. lol Back to the original topic... like I told you, I'm going to take care of it tonight. After tonight I'm going to need it

hummm. dont take so much blood. or humm i knwo somethign that should feed you for a long time hehehehehe I got to make me some this weekend, Its great. called sangrecieta. lol But ummm im not sure pills are bad for you though. Im not all to furmillure wiht the term blood headach. but Alot of head achs especilly when caused by consumption and hangovers the smae reason is often due to a lack of water in your system. And alcohal makes that even worse. I think you need to drink more water. and dont stress things so muhc, i know everythign for you aint to easy right now but try and clam down and relax. Dont ever feed on impulse.
