Throughout most a lot of my life I have suffered from PMS. When I was in my early 20's (I still think 25 is early 20's but whatever lol) I had absolutely enough of the mind messing mood swings. The almost constant depression and crying fits. I thought that I must have some sort of chemical imbalance but I did not want to take any kind of chemicals to fix it. I did some research on the internet on PMS. I found out that it is in fact a chemical imbalance caused by the foods we eat or the lack there of. In modern food we are not getting all of the vitamins and minerals required to stay healthy. For men this isn't to big of a problem, but because womens bodies are so much different and require different things. We need certain vitamins and minerals to be healthy. If you suffer from PMS I highly recommend taking

Calcium magnesium (with vitamin D)
I started taking these pills and within a week I was actually emotionally healthy again. I was floored I was so shocked. My mood is now constant and pretty happy most of the time. I do not get the drastic fluctuations in mood. And when its that time of the month I only get mild mood swings a slight crankiness (although my friends may disagree lol)
There is also a new yet ancient form of PMS relief found in the Yucatan. People found that the women there did not suffer from PMS in the slightest there. It was virtually un heard of.
