Laurasia,
I think that this is the right place for this particular recipe, but if not then I am sorry.
This mask is recommended for those with normal to oily skin. It helps chase away a pasty winter complexion and removes dull, dry skin buildup.
**************Makes 1 treatment*************
1 tablespoon brewer's yeast 1 tablespoon milk or water
1. Combine the ingredients to form a smooth paste. You may need more or less liquid, depending on the brand of yeast you use.
2. Spread it onto your clean face in a thin layer.
3. Let the paste dry, then rinse with cool water.
This mask may tingle as it dries. This is normal. If it starts to sting, rinse it off immediately and apply a good moisturizer.
