Ginger tea is recommended for loss of energy, colds, flu, motion sickness, and gas pain.
1. Pour one cup boiling water over 1/2 ounce of grated, fresh gingerroot.
2. Cover and steep for 15 minutes.
3. Strain and add honey and lemon juice for a unique, natural "ginger ale" taste.

Hi Brandybuck.
LOL! I can't hold this, I'm sorry. As I was reading this I was reminded of one of my biggest herbal blunders. You see once when I was much younger, I had nausea & I read in an herbal remedy book that ginger was one of the best things for it. Well, the book didn't specify what type of ginger or how to use it. It simply said 1 teaspoon of ginger would cure nausea.
I didn't realize that they meant to make a tea with the ginger. I went to my mothers spice rack & pulled out the ground ginger. I then got a teaspoonful & ate it. All I'll say is it did cure my nausua, I threw up right after eating it. LOL! Oh that was SO bad!
Sincerely, Laurasia

*laughing until sides begin to ache* That is so funny! I have been accused of being "a fool" or "naive" when it comes to certain things, but that is pretty bad. Even I would not have fallen for that one..hehe. I do not feel so bad anymore about the stupid stuff I have fallen for.

Yeah, yeah, yuck it up. Thank God my studies have strengthened my "herbal hand". Sincerely, Laurasia
