This massage oil can be used when you need physical and mental stimulation.
1 tablespoon grapeseed, hazlenut, jojuba, or sweet-almond oil 2 drops each of eucalyptus, peppermint, and rosemary essential oils
Blend the ingredients. Add the oil to your bath while the tap is running or use as a massage oil after a bath or shower.
