This herbal bath will invigorate your skin as it rejuvenates your senses. 1 cup fresh or 1/2 cup dried rosemary, lemon verbena, or sage 1 cup Epsom salts 2 teaspoons olive or sweet almond oil 1. Pour 1 quart of boiling water over the herbs, cover, and steep for 30 minutes. Strain and pour into the bathwater. 2. Add the Epsom salts and oil. Blend well.
