Drawing is something that I have always loved doing..second best to writing. I used to have countless sketchpads, and when the mood came over me, I would sit and draw for hours.
I will admit that I haven't drawn in a very long time. Maybe it is because since I had writer's block for so long, I took it that I could no longer draw either. I draw the best with pencils. I took various art classes, and was even a teacher's assistant, but I could never grasp drawing with chalk..or heaven forbid, a pen *shudders*
Does anyone else share this hobby?

If I said I didn't draw, I'd be lying. I doodle a lot, habit I guess. Brandybuck, Laurasia has the old english 'L' and 'A' so you already know I draw.

Hi Brandybuck. Yes, you do draw very well. ;D Remember the time that I went to the library & brought home that HUGE book full of the worlds masterpieces & I picked out random ones for you the try & duplicate? Those were great! I have to find those. I, on the other hand, can't draw to save my life. That is, unless a stick figure would do. Sincerely, Laurasia

Yes, I do remember that. Some are those were really a challenge, because I had to keep changing the dimensions to make them accurate. I have always been the time of sketcher that emphasizes the face, and downsizes the body. The figures, therefore, always look pretty comical, so I am FOREVER making changes to fix them. They were very nice..I had forgotten about those.

Hi Stitch. Ack! You posted right when I did, so I didn't see your reply last night. Yes, that "L" & "A" were beautiful. Just like your "H" was. Sincerely, Laurasia

I think that the intertwining Celtic knots is one of the best symbols out there that represent true love. It isn't overly gaudy, and plus it is beautiful in its simplicity.
