Oh yeah!
Well, the surgery scene was (cool)wicked b/c I'm into all the med stuff. The "grey stuff" scene was definantly one of them. Let me know if you remeber this one... the twister. Pain much? I'm trying to remember if there were any more that I liked. But the cutting Amanda was doing... sadly, I know someone who used to do that.

Oh yeah "the twister" was pretty nasty. The part that made me almost lose my pop was...how can I say this?...the foot scene towards the beginning of the film. Also, the guy in the chains made me need to turn my head briefly.
I also decided to put a spoiler alert in the title of this thread since we're discussing the methods used in the movie, as finding out what those are is a large part of why people go to see the movie in the first place.
Sincerely, Laurasia

The whole "foot thing" was a definite stomach turner.

Yeah dude in the chains was pretty bad. I wonder id he got the one out of his mouth? He would have had to rip his jaw out to do it. I think he just ran out of time, and thus... kaboom.
The guy in the "foot scene" only had two choices. Thinking logically, he wouuld have died of blood loss either way. It was either bash it in and maybe have it fixed later if possible, or saw it off and not have it at all. ;D
We can't really talk about the movie like we want without spoiling it... at least you put the warning up.

OMG are you serious?!!!!! I couldn't stand the smashing of the foot! And any chance of him getting fixed later were null & void after he ripped the smashed hunk of broken foot off at the ankle. ~shivvers violently~ I mean right there in the theater I yelled out "Ew God, you should have just sawed it off!" I mean it's not like he just whacked it once or twice, he was there for a while. Eeeeewwwww!
Actually I don't think that he ever did get the one in his jaw out. I'm pretty sure that he was still trying to rip his head back hard enough to break his own jaw when the bomb went off.
~shivvers once more~ I don't even want to think about those 2 scenes anymore.

Yeah, that was pretty funny actually. I kind of just squinted and turned my head.

I certainly hope that you're referring to my outburst & not the scene itself. LOL!

*makes sure Laurasia isn't around* I think you're a sweetheart Brandybuck. Everyone's allowed to be sick and twisted every now and then. I don't know about you but I wouldn't want to live in a world like the Walgreens commercials.
This movie was made for the hidden sick and twisted people of the world! ... wait.... that's everyone!

lol.... I can see it now. Everyone's walking around all cheery and out of nowhere... *snatch* Next thing you know, some guy is chained to a wall.... let me stop before my true evil side creeps out.
Normal is overrated.....
